Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: All of our products are custom-made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be designed, engraved, and prepared for shipping. This time may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Local Pickup: We offer free local pickup from our workshop in located east of Newmarket. Please contact us if you would like to arrange pick up. 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-engraved items unless an error was made on our part.

Our Mistake: If your item arrives with a defect or if we made an error in the engraving, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Your Mistake: We are not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, or design that are submitted by the customer. Please carefully review all text and design proofs before approving your order.

Custom Content: You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images, logos, or designs you submit for engraving. Memories Made is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted content.

Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse to engrave any content we deem to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of intellectual property rights.

Design & Intellectual Property

By submitting a design or logo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and grant Memories Made permission to engrave it on your product. You retain all ownership of the designs you provide to us. However, any original designs or layouts created by our team for your project remain the property of Memories Made and cannot be reproduced or used without our consent.

Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on the Memories Made website are the property of Memories Made and may not be used without permission.

Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of Canada, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country's government and are not included in your purchase price or shipping fees.

Please check with your local customs office before placing an international order to understand any potential additional costs.
