How do you engrave my custom guitar strap?
To get the best engraving results the tools really do matter. We only use top-of-the-line Trotec laser systems allowing us to capture tiny details with incredible quality. It’s high-tech, meets high-art, meets custom design!

Will I receive a mock up to approve before engraving begins?
Yes - mock ups are sent for your approval before we engrave. There is no charge for this and you can request as many revisions as you would like.

Can I use my own logo, graphic, artwork or handwriting for the engraving?
Yes you can upload a high-resolution graphic or a clear photo of handwritten notes.

How does the leather age over time?
We use premium top-grain leather that is designed to develop a patina. With use, the leather will soften, darken slightly, and pick up unique characteristics. Scratches can be buffed out with the oils from your hands, making the strap look better the more you use it.

Where is this strap made?
Every guitar strap is designed, made and custom-engraved in Canada. We take pride in supporting local craftsmanship and ensuring every piece meets our "Memories Made" quality standard. We are located just north of Stouffville in Ontario, Canada. Acout 45 mins north of Toronto. 

How long does engraving take for personalized items?
Once you approve the mockup, we aim to engrave and ship your guitar strap within 2–4 business days. Times may be longer during the busy season - Christmas, Mothers day, Valentines etc. Please advise us when ordering if you require a rush order - we will do everything we can to accomodate your timeline. 

How long does Shipping take?
Within the GTA: 1-2 days.
Across Canada: Typically arrives within 2 to 5 days depending on your location
US: 3-6 days on average.
International: Between 5 to 10 days.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can - we are located just north of Stouffville Ont. Please contact us for pick up instructions.
