Yes - we will send you a digital mockup allowing you to review the layout and request unlimited revisions at no additional charge. Production only begins once you are entirely satisfied.
We use a transparent flat-pricing structure that covers your entire designed area, meaning the price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay regardless of how many individual characters or detailed graphics you choose to include.
Standard production takes one to three business days for engraving once your digital mockup is officially approved, followed by one to five days for shipping across Canada and the US though you are always welcome to contact us if you need to coordinate a specific deadline. We ship worldwide, shipping times will depend on your location. Contact us for timelines.
No special care is required. Because we use raw, unpolished leather, scuff marks add character. If you would like to remove a scuff mark, you can simply moisten a fingertip and rub out the blemish.
Our notebooks are custom made for us and fit perfectly in each cover. We offer refills for each of our journals or logs.
