Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Custom Orders: Please note that custom or personalized items may require a longer processing time. The estimated processing time for these items will be clearly stated in the product description.

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

  • Shipping Notification: A second email will be sent once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

  • Canada:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

  • United States:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.

  • International:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-25 business days.

Shipping Address

  • Accuracy is Key: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Address Changes: If you need to make a change to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address]. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with your neighbors or your building's front desk/mailroom first.

International Shipping and Customs

  • Customs & Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Customs Declaration: We are required to declare the full value of the goods on the customs form. We cannot mark packages as "gift."
