The light base plugs into a standard USB port — the same wall receptacle used to charge a cell phone. A USB wall plug receptacle is not included unless ordered as an add-on from the dropdown menu.
Please upload high-resolution handwriting samples or artwork. For best results, take a well-lit photo directly overhead to avoid distortion. A scanned image is preferred where possible.
Please review and approve your mockup before we begin engraving. Once approved, production begins and changes cannot be made.
Once the mockup has been approved we engrave and ship your item within 1–3 business days. Times may be longer during the busy season - Christmas, Mothers day, Valentines etc.
Shipping within the GTA is usually 1-2 days.
Across Canada: Typically arrives within 2 to 5 days
US: 3-6 days on average.
International: Between 5 to 10 days.
