Shipping Timelines

Shipping timelines will depend on your location. We ship everything from our Stoufffville Workshop, just north of Toronto.
The GTA is 1-2 days.
Ontario wide is 1-4 days.
Across Canada is 2-6 days.
US orders range from 2-6 days on average.
International is 5-15 days.
If your order is urgent please contact us and we will work with you to meet your deadline.

How long does engraving take for personalized items?

We aim to engrave and ship your item within 2–4 business days. Times may be extended during the busy season - Christmas, Mothers day, Valentines etc. If your order is urgent please contact us so we can work with you to meet your timeline.

Is Local Pick Up an option?

Yes it is - we are located near Hwy 48 and Vivian rd. About 15 minutes east of Newmarket - 15 minutes north of Stouffville. Please contact us if you would like to pick up your order and we will provide you with the code that will waive any applicable shipping fees at checkout.

How will the leather age over time?

LEATHER DETAILS - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
All journals are made from a premium leather and no two are exactly the same.

There are different shades leather and your item may be a little lighter, or a little darker, in color.

Different monitors will also display colours differently as well – the same journal may look different when viewed on two different monitors. If you have a preference in colour we will do our best to find one that matches your preference from the existing stock on hand. We cannot accept returns for journals because the colour does not match exactly the colour in the listing photos. Please be aware of this when ordering.

Our leathers are thicker weight top-grain cowhide, making each hand-made product a unique piece that showcases the leather's aged and weathered patina. Random, beautiful, and natural blemishes add texture and variety to each of our product.

Leather will scratch and scuff which we think adds character to each piece. Scuffs can easily be rubbed out with a finger tip.

If you prefer polished shiny leather please do not order this product.

How do you engrave your products?

To achieve the best possible engraving results the tools really do make all the difference. We only use industry leading Trotec Laser engravers which allow us to capture tiny details with precision and accuracy. High tech meets high art meets custom design.

Will I receive a mock up to approve before engraving begins?

Yes - mock ups are sent for your approval before we engrave. There is no charge for this and you can request as many revisions as you would like.
