How do I submit the handwriting sample?

Upload a clear photo or scan of the handwriting at checkout — a letter, note, recipe card, greeting card, or even a child's drawing works perfectly. The clearer the scan, the more detail we can preserve. We'll send a digital mockup showing exactly how it will look before engraving begins.

What if the handwriting is old or faded?

We can work with most handwriting samples, including older or slightly faded ones. Our design team will clean up the image as needed and send a mockup for your approval. If the quality is too low to engrave clearly, we'll reach out before production begins.

Can I engrave a drawing or doodle instead of text?

Yes — we can engrave drawings, doodles, children's artwork, and sketches just as well as text. Upload the image at checkout and we'll send a mockup. Many customers engrave a child's drawing on the lid for a truly priceless keepsake.

How long does production take?

Approximately 2–3 business days after your mockup is approved. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on your location.
