Is Local Pick Up an option?

Yes it is - we are located near Hwy 48 and Vivian rd. About 15 minutes east of Newmarket - 15 minutes north of Stouffville. Please contact us if you would like to pick up your order and we will provide you with the code that will waive any applicable shipping fees at checkout.

How do you engrave your products?

To achieve the best possible engraving results the tools really do make all the difference. We only use industry leading Trotec Laser engravers which allow us to capture tiny details with precision and accuracy. High tech meets high art meets custom design.

How long does Shipping take?

Shipping within the GTA is usually 1-2 days.
Across Canada: Typically arrives within 2 to 5 days
US: 3-6 days on average.
International: Between 5 to 10 days.

How long does engraving take for personalized items?
Once you approve the mockup, we aim to engrave and ship your journal within 2–4 business days. Times may be longer during the busy season - Christmas, Mothers day, Valentines etc.

How does the leather age over time?
We use premium top-grain leather that is designed to develop a patina over time. With use, the leather will soften, darken slightly, and pick up unique characteristics. Scratches can be buffed out with the oils from your hands, making the journal look better the more you carry it. We do not use polished, shiny leather for these journals, we prefer the rustic character and think you will too.

Can I use my own logo or handwriting for the engraving?
Yes you can upload a high-resolution logo or a clear photo of handwritten notes.

Will I receive a mock up to approve before engraving begins?

Yes - mock ups are sent for your approval before we engrave. There is no charge for this and you can request as many revisions as you would like.
