Care Instructions

Cleaning

• Wipe with a damp cloth and a small amount of vinegar and water to remove food residue and disinfect.
• Never put in the dishwasher or let soak in water.
• Wipe with hydrogen peroxide to remove remaining bacteria.

Oiling (use food-grade mineral oil — available at any pharmacy)

• Start with a clean, dry board.
• Apply mineral oil evenly with a soft cloth or paper towel.
• Let it soak in, then remove the excess.
• Re-oil every 3–4 months in normal climates; monthly in dry or cold climates.
