Each box holds four standard 750 ml wine bottles (up to 12 inches in length and 3.2 inches in diameter). Choose your custom engraving and we'll take care of the rest — custom engraving is included in the price, no extra charge.

Shipping Timelines
Shipping timelines will depend on your location. We ship everything from our Stoufffville Workshop, just north of Toronto.
The GTA is 1-2 days.
Ontario wide is 1-4 days.
Across Canada is 2-6 days.
US orders range from 2-6 days on average.
International is 5-15 days.
If your order is urgent please contact us and we will work with you to meet your deadline.

Where is the Wood From?

The Wood used for your item is 100% Canadian hardwood. From forest to final product every step of the process is made in Canada.

Is Local Pick Up an option?

Yes it is - we are located near Hwy 48 and Vivian rd. About 15 minutes east of Newmarket - 15 minutes north of Stouffville. Please contact us if you would like to pick up your order and we will provide you with the code that will waive any applicable shipping fees at checkout.

How do you engrave your products?

To achieve the best possible engraving results the tools really do make all the difference. We only use industry leading Trotec Laser engravers which allow us to capture tiny details with precision and accuracy. High tech meets high art meets custom design.

How long does engraving take for personalized items?
We aim to engrave and ship your item within 2–4 business days. Times may be extended during the busy season - Christmas, Mothers day, Valentines etc. If your order is urgent please contact us so we can work with you to meet your timeline.

Will I receive a mock up to approve before engraving begins?

Yes - mock ups are sent for your approval before we engrave. There is no charge for this and you can request as many revisions as you would like.
