Our solid maple cutting boards are made from quality hardwood harvested exclusively in Canada. Each board is laser engraved on the front for stunning counter or bar display, while the back is left smooth for everyday cutting. Grooved finger grips on each end make it easy to handle.

Board Details:

Care Instructions — Cleaning:

• Wipe with a damp cloth and a small amount of vinegar and water to remove food residue and disinfect
• Never put in the dishwasher or let soak in water
• Follow with a wipe of hydrogen peroxide to eliminate remaining bacteria

Care Instructions — Oiling (use food-grade mineral oil, available at any pharmacy):

• Start with a clean, dry board
• Apply mineral oil evenly with a soft cloth or paper towel
• Let it soak in, then remove the excess
• Oil every 3–4 months in normal climates; monthly in dry or cold climates
